Camp opens at 12 Noon on Friday, July 17

Approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes due east from the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area.

Before You Arrive

Waiver &
Check-In

New this year: all campers are required to sign the waiver before arriving at camp. Complete your digital waiver in advance, then present it at the gate on your phone or as a printed QR proof. Camp leads will scan your code and verify your ID on arrival. You will not be permitted to enter without a completed waiver.

Check-In Steps

2Show it to the camp lead at the gate. They'll scan it and verify your ID.
3The camp lead will hand you a swag bag with your DiscoKnect headphones (headphones require a $25 deposit, fully refundable).
4You're in! Enjoy camp.

DiscoKnect Sound System

Headphones

After 10PM, the only way to hear the DJs is through the DiscoKnect wireless headphone soundsystem. It is the secret ingredient to camp after dark, and you really won't want to miss it.

Checking out a pair is completely optional. Add a $25 deposit when you sign your waiver and get every dollar back when you return the headphones at the end of the weekend.

The DiscoKnect system runs Friday and Saturday nights after 10PM. It is the only way to hear the late-night DJs.
Campgrounds Only
These headphones are custom tuned to a wireless frequency at camp. They won't pick up anything outside the grounds.
Getting Your $25 Back
Return your headphones to a camp lead before you head home and your deposit comes right back. Refunds go back the same way you paid.

Camp DayFunk is a better place when everyone contributes. By dividing duties, we can ensure we all have a great weekend.

Everyone is expected to sign up for a task over the course of the weekend. Most tasks are just 20 minutes.

Is this a swingers camp?
No.
Can I bring kids or dogs?
No.
Is the kitchen open to the public?
No.
How far are the restrooms from the cabins?
Less than 5 minutes.
What time is lights out?
Amplified music is off at 10PM.
Can I pull my car up to my tent site?
No. There is a parking loop.
What is the bathroom situation?
There are separate men's and women's shower and bath houses. Each has multiple toilets, shower stalls, and sinks.
What should I expect?
Nature. We're in the north woods, be sure to plan accordingly. Supplies. Bring everything you need with you. Town is about an hour round trip. Shared space. Respect everyone and everything around you.
